The Human Resources and Information Centre (HRIO) plays a central role in managing foreign employees at Suzhou North America High School (SNA). Its primary responsibility is to implement policies and regulations issued by the municipal government of Suzhou, the provincial government of Jiangsu, and the national government of China.

Beyond policy implementation, the HRIO provides feedback to the Suzhou municipal government, helping refine regulations and improve support for international staff. The centre also drafts detailed guidelines regarding Foreign Experts and oversees the consistent enforcement of all policies related to international faculty and staff employed at SNA.

Through these responsibilities, the HRIO ensures that SNA remains fully compliant with local, provincial, and national laws while maintaining high standards for the recruitment, management, and support of its global teaching community.
