BA in Finance and Management of Information Systems, TEFOL, Teaching for 14 years.

Professional Achievements & Experience: 

14 years overall teaching experience.  3 years at Shenzhen Foreign languages school.  2 years at Changzhou Senior high school. 
Average scores of 4.5 or higher for 4 out of my 5 years teaching AP Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.  The last year I had 4.3

Approach to Teaching & Learning: 

I believe that students learn when they want to learn and are able to learn.  I believe in Cognitive Load Theory as one of the few learning theories that is actually based on solid empirical evidence.  I have found great success at using this theory, particularly in place of other less efficient theories.
