Approach to Teaching & Learning:

Teaching has been my passion for years. Educating young minds is an undertaking that cannot be taken lightly. It is packed with challenges, disappointment, and responsibilities. Nevertheless, it is also a task that is full of excitement, wonder, and enjoyment. It is my goal to witness them succeed and watch them grow to their full potential. I strongly believe that if children have the proper motivation and direction from their teachers, all children are capable of learning. It is my duty to see that all my students are being guided and motivated. From my academic experiences, I know how helpful teacher encouragement and stimulus is for personal motivation. I aim to inspire students while teaching them to be fundamentally motivated through challenging yet supportive lessons and assignments.

Classroom organization is also a significant element to consider when teaching. I need to find creative, new ways that would help my students learn efficiently. I also believe in teaching content that is meaningful, appropriate, and interesting to my students. I also believe that enthusiasm and a positive attitude from the teacher are key factors to a successful learning environment.

Hobbies:

I indulge in playing badminton, table tennis, hiking, and cooking. I am a newbie at photography. But above all, I love playing and reading books with my daughter.
